Not to the level I expected. Check in, welcomes everything went well. They need to get the staff on snow mobile and stuff little more friendly. I was there for fun. Not to be snow mobile professional. The guide, he may be professional and good at it. That is his living. He has to help me to enjoy my ride. He sounded like ... people lose confidence.

Since this is a tubing hill that competes with the other right next to it (my dad enjoys swerving between the two roads that lead to each one (where two people with signs for each one stand (their talent varies)) before choosing to see what the people will do) and since I've been to both I'm just going to tell you what this one has that the other doesn't. 1. A dog will often be in the checkout room and he's super nice so always a plus. 2. Better parking by far, mud covered roads where you will get dirty is at the other one. 3. A standing walkway escalator to the top of the hill. 4. This one isn't as much of a workout as the other so you don't feel beat up and tired after going. 5. The hills are smoother and the length of how far you go varies. 6. This one ranks their hills like a ski hill does so you choose the difficulty instead of figuring it out for yourself. 7. Not drop off hills like a cliff like the other one, which is a good or bad thing depending on the adrenaline rush you want, but the other hills point of drop hurts your butt when you use it so this one gets a + from me. 8. Longer walk to the hill. 9. The bottom of the hill is where you park so you'll always end your day by going down the hill. 10. Personally, better tubes. (More info on the Frasier Hill review)

Loved snow tubing here. Only negatives where the wait and the weather. Show up early, it takes an hour and a half or so to stand through the sign up line. Make sure the wind isn't going to be too crazy the day you want to go. It was blowing people's tubes across the snow to the fence and ripping people off their feet. Fun for us but not so much for small kids. Very much at your own risk, but a blast if you're cool with it

Super fun, but slightly dangerous. Nobody is regulating when you go down so people are fairly reckless. Our daughter was knocked off of her tube by a group who went too quickly after her. Definitely fast and fun, but be cautious and move out of the way quickly when you reach the bottom. You can ride solo, double or tandem. Free parking and they supply helmets.

Funny how we planned to go to Fraser tubing but ended up here thinking it's the same place. Fraser has been the name of tubing in this area but this place opened up next door. The signs that shows tubing is bigger so for tourists it can be confusing. I'm not going to make this a Fraser tubing versus this place review since I never been to Fraser tubing. My family showed up and the staff was friendly even though they can use a few smiles. Everyone in my group had tons of fun even though a big wind storm came and made it horrible. Once we were done the hot chocolate was on point. There wasn't any complaints expect it didn't feel like an hour before someone came and ended the fun. We must have showed up at the end of a session. But the weather was turning anyways so it was ok. If you aren't having fun here then your kids aren't outside kinda kids. We will definitely come here again.
