This is an amazing yoga school I've taken several yoga training and this one was far superior from the rest.  I left the training feeling empowered, confident and with much deeper knowledge and understanding of anatomy, sequencing and a broader understanding of the whole practice.  Gina supported me along the journey, kept me accountable and even post training has continued to support me as a teacher.  Overall it was a life changing experience and worth every penny and more.  I am a much better teacher now, thanks to Colorado School of Yoga!!!

I had the privilege to attend the teacher training program held in Kansas City, MO via Sage Center for Yoga and the Healing Arts. I enrolled in hopes to mix up my already-getting-stale yoga practice. I was extremely delighted to leave with so much. The most important gift I received was the ability to teach myself how to be a better yoga practitioner-- how to recognize the limits of my body; feeling poses instead of just doing them; and [my favorite!] sequencing to achieve all kinds of advanced poses . I highly recommend anyone to experience CSOY as either a student (of any level) or as a possible (or veteran) yoga teacher!

I have been looking for a flow teacher like Gina for...years now.  She is one of a kind.  And the studio has teacher programs, too.  Feels great to be back in flow and am starting a teacher's training at the end of January 2017.  What a blessing.  Thrilled to be part of this community.  Highly recommended!

Walking into this studio just feels like home. There are the most welcoming people there, and the teachers are amazing! Their retail is awesome,  and a 45 minute class was 100% complete. I didn't feel like I was missing anything afterward, just felt amazing and stayed for some tea.  I will definitely be at class  again soon!

The Colorado a School of Yoga is truly one of a kind! I received my 300hour Teacher Training here and THIS is definitely the place to learn to be a TEACHER. Gina is a true leader, and the faculty are some of the most knowledgeable and dedicated in this industry, in CO! Workshops, teacher trainings, and community classes I have attended have all been top notch.
