Filled out my paperwork last Friday. Showed up Tuesday at 11:22 for my first appointment. The receptionist informed me that since I did not arrive fifteen minutes early for my 11:30 appointment that I would not be able to attend. Looking for a new physical therapy office.

Sadly, I have too much experience with medical care, including Physical Therapy, due to various conditions. However, that gives me lots of PT experience! Debbie Gillis and her team are my PT group for everything other than hands (I have a different specialist for that)... PLUS she does DNT (Dry Needle Therapy), an amazing way to instantly remove muscle knots. Highly highly recommended.

I was at first excited to go to this center as Debra Gillis had come highly recommended plus she was in my plan. When I arrived, I was not given the choice, but assigned to work with an intern. No consideration was given to whether I wanted to work with an intern or not, just assigned. Along with that, Debra Gillis did not manipulate my left arm, just took the word of the intern. During my visit, Deb Gillis did not talk to me, just the intern. I knew I would be charged full price for this visit even though I worked under an intern, and true enough, I received a hefty bill for my time there. Deeply disappointed. Recommendation for this center, if you have an intern, ask the patient first if they would be willing to work under this person and second, discount the visit.
