I have significant issues with my back and neck, for which I have sought the services of Cornerstone Physical Therapy. This is a small practice that affords its patients outstanding support. As patients, we are encouraged to see any and all of the practitioners to allow differing points of view and a broad spectrum of approaches. This approach affords patients the best of all worlds. The therapists share their perspectives on patients each morning. The therapists are talented, professional, and personable. The reception staff are friendly and efficient.

I once overheard a visiting therapist sharing his insights into the differences between Cornerstone and the practice where he was employed. He commented on how surprised he as that the morning meetings focused exclusively on the patients and their needs, whereas the practice where he worked focused on who had which insurance, with the best service being provided to the patients with the best insurance. There was no mention of insurance in the Cornerstone meetings.

During treatment for my neck and back, I mentioned that I was having significant episodes of dizziness. I was amazed to learn that the Cornerstone therapists were trained to diagnose ear issues that result in my symptoms. They were able to determine which ear and which canal in that ear was responsible for my dizziness. They have been treating me for this with a significant reduction in my episodes, and a goal of stopping them altogether.

In short, I have recommended this practice to several friends who are looking for good physical therapists. I can’t imagine finding a group more competent, professional, and personable than I have found at Cornerstone.

I was extremely pleased with my experience at this clinic. From the front office staff to the therapists themselves, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure my concerns were addressed. They helped me conquer my vertigo and I'm so grateful! Would definitely recommend their services. Affordable for cash patients as well.

The Phical Therapy by Jono is astounding! But the front desk screws everything up. Now they say I used the F word repeatedly on the phone. Yes I was upset because of all the screw ups but why would I use the F word if I still needed PT? I spent hours getting Choice Card to call them that same day to schedule an appointment why would I use the F word? I I asked the owner the same question. He smugly said well if my employees are liying to me than that is my problem. No sir! If your employees are living to you and that lie puts your client in the ER because their PT has been taken away than that is a public problem. Could it be that she has a  prejudiced against me and she was just covering her ass by saying I used the F word? Twice now they have not gotten me the info for my Travle Pay on in a timely manner having cost me over $200 in reimbursements. Then they did not have all my info to get it to the VA Choice Card program and got the request in late. When I said I would take care of it they said no WE WILL! So I trusted them. Then today they call me while I was driving the 95 miles to get there and left a message that they had to cancel my appointment. I know if I would have done it myself that I would have had PT today. When I got frustrated because I will waist an entire day and $35 in gas because they said they would take care of it two weeks ago. Then after I spent four hours with Buricrats that same day and a warning from the MP for using my cell while driving I got a call back from the Choice Card people saying that Cornerstone refuses to work with me any more. These people do not understand how important my PT is. I am so stressed right now I just fell flat on my face in a crosswalk in front of the Comasary. So much for hope. Now the owner just gets passive aggressive and says why would you want to work with us in the first place? Maybe it is because I need PT? My rib cage is dislocated and I have been to the emergency room twice since my.last visit.

I am truly thankful for the staff at cornerstone, from front to back therapists. I had tried several other places before finding Jono and Joel and the cornerstone team, and after a couple years of no relief at all, the focus, the attention they pay, and their expertise and knowledge has been well beyond others! Very considerate, caring group that has an even greater mission towards having an impact and it certainly shows. Thank you so much!

I have had chronic neck pain for years, especially since a neck surgery 2011.   Although I have only had three visits to Cornerstone Physical Therapy, have experienced noticeable relief and am extremely hopeful the   thoughtful and caring therapist there will provide continued success. Dry needling is one treatment that has given noticeable relief and trust there will be more options in the future. I have complete confidence in Cornerstone Therapy and am so grateful they are there for those of us who have pain issues.
