Friendly, knowledgeable and loyal to customers, they've always treated me like a friend more than just a customer, kept good records on my vehicles for me, and I've never walked away feeling unsatisfied. They've always done good work and kept a few cars running in spite of some of my worse habits. Fair prices and they've always been up front and honest with no surprises.

Nice people! Very helpful.
I greatly appreciated the 'old knowledge' and 'new knowledge' the staff all have. I find one or the other in most shops. 
I see now why the state patrol's always stopping in! Wish I had a choice and this knowledge back in the days.

I needed one Kevlar tire for my Jeep, and they had to order it from their warehouse. Understandable, so I left it there near quitting time so they would order it for the next day. They had turned off their air tools and "couldn't" remove my wheel, so I did it myself.  Hmm.... The price they showed me was higher than their own website, which I showed them on my phone.  Hmmm.....  
I called the next morning to verify it was ordered, which "Mike" said it was, but couldn't give a time for delivery from Denver.  Hmmmm..........
I called again in a few hours, and "Mike" was rude, saying he had told me he would call when it was ready. 
For all these reasons I won't be taking my other vehicle in, which needs FOUR new tires before winter!

Honest and very helpful.  Helped me get my daughters car engine replaced by researching Honda Bulletins.  Great Guys.

They put the H in horrible and P in poor customer service. Walked in to empty customer service room. Was told they were busy and it would be 1-1/2 hours before they could look at my tire! One bay had a state patrol pickup in it. Didn't see anyone around.  Tony did not look at my paperwork, just said the tires were not under hazmat. Guess there is a reason their waiting room was empty.
