I was a loyal customer of one of their stylists for years.  I visited the salon for a new treatment, and to make a long story short, they damaged my scalp and hair permanetly.  They were completely unhelpful afterwards, did not return my phone calls or pleas for help, never as a nice gesture offered to refund me for the service.  I have been to countless doctors and have been told I have mild scarring alopecia, and the hair that I lost will never grow back.  I now have to spend hundreds of dollars a year on special conditioners and scalp conditioners to try and mend the damage.
