Great meal surprised the bill was affordable not that bad.friendly waitress. I am reviewing to be great place though a well done steak wasn't well done as you can see. I forgiven the fault of the kitchen staff. Nothing that the waitress and my experience in the lobby affected. Next time I just want say burned if that's what you gonna say for well done but that's alot places. I just hope the word burned doesn't come by literally next time... Well see when I return.

The food is always good. The rolls with butter and honey are the best part, I swear! The Desert Mist drink is amazing if you like pineapple juice!

Good food, good service, fun atmosphere. There's often a wait here because it's one of Searcy's best restaurants, but the wait is never too bad. They recently got their liquor sales permit, so now they have decent drinks. Steaks are good, of course, but so is the rest of the menu. Delicious Alfredo pasta, fried chicken, and catfish.

Very friendly staff and the food was perfect. It was also nice to have a beer with my food and not have to travel 50 miles to do so.

I have been a long time customer of Coltans for many years. However as of late, the service has been pitiful, the food is not prepared as ordered, and the management doesn't seem to care when they are asked for it is brought to their attention. This last visit will most likely be my last visit as we have Longhorn and Texas Roadhouse in the area which don't seem to have the same problems. When I pay $50 average for the two of us to eat I expect the meal to be correct and of a decent quality, I also expect the management to give a damn when you bring a problem to their attention. Eat at your own risk but I won't be back.
