Great experience. Very knowledgeable staff, I have purchased two motorcycles here and both times received great treatment. I will return and will continue to give me business to them. They are the oldest dealership on the west coast for a reason, they do it right. Thank you

There seems to be a theme at this location.  Bring in your bike for service and you will never see it again.  They are very nice and don't make excuses.  I just don't understand why I wait 2.5 weeks for an appointment then 9 days after I dropped it off I still have no phone call.  I then call and wait 10 minutes on the phone to be told my bike will not even be looked at for 4 more days.  If I wasn't getting ready to leave town I would grab the bike now and take it to Latus Harley.  

To the Owner,

You will not be in business much longer if you keep this up.  I wondered why this location was never busy and now I know why.  Please do what you can to correct before you lose so much money you have to close the doors.

Brian and the team at Columbia make your purchase very simple.  Both Brian and Jamie are extremely knowledgeable about the brand and were very helpful in finding the right bike for me.  To top it off, they were very competitive with the pricing of every other dealer in the PDX.  The parts counter is great to work with as well.  (Jeremy, Alex, Jon)  I highly recommend visiting Columbia for your next HD purchase.

Been in this dealer three time looking at bikes. Each time spending 20-30 minutes looking. Never approached by a salesman. This last Monday someone asked me if I needed help and I was introduced to Jaimie. He made the buying experience a great one. Easy to talk with, no high pressure tactics, and flexible with my CCU financing requiring numerous faxes to them of various docs. Ended up with a Street Glide Special that had a ton of installed accessories. Absolutely love the bike and the service received once I got to talk with someone.
