I have been a member of Columbia Road for 19 years. My family has always felt loved & have built wonderful relationships. We have great Pastors who love the Lord, work hard, speak truth & care about the Members. My children have grown up in our church & consider Columbia Road family! We love our church.

Horrible environment for young people. The leaders of this “church” condoned/ignored acts of child molestation and promoted victim blaming. These accounts are well documented in multiple news sources. If you care for the health and well-being of your family, do not attend this Church.

i knew the minute i walked in this was the church for me. they are friendly non judgmental. they preach Christ and everyone is friendly. i am so grateful for the friends i have made and blessed by the preaching i have heard. Sunday School is a wonderful place i continue to learn and can ask questions. The people are just a blessing to be around and i so look forward to going back ..... it is a must stop when you are in North Olmsted go and hear something special you may get from it.

I will make one thing perfectly clear. It is God who will judges. It is not even a topic i have any right to comment on. BUT LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT A TOPIC I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO TALK ABOUT. 11 MONTHS AGO MY 81 YR OLD MOTHER BECAME VERY VERY ILL AND ENDED UP ON LIFE SUPPORT. PASTOR J. DROVE THE LONG TRIP TO COME PRAY FOR HER. MY MOTHER, LOVED THIS CHURCH. AND HAD ID NOT OF MOVED HER CLOSER TO ME, SHE PROBABLY WOULD STILL BE A MEMBER THERE. DEC 6TH MOTHER BECAME DEATHLY SICK AT THE NURSING HOME. SHE ONCE AGAIN WAS PLACED ON LIFE SUPPORT. SHE HAD SEPSIS, RENAL FAILURE, PNEUMONIA, THE MRSA BACTERIA. AND A 529 BLOOD SUGAR. I KNEW IN MY HEART THIS WILL BE WHAT TAKES HER TO SEE JESUS. I ALSO REALIZED MOM HAD NOTHING SET UP FOR FUNERAL COSTS. I CALLED PASTOR J. TO KEEP HIM IN THE LOOP. HE GAVE ME THE NAME OF A FUNERAL HOME. THAT FUNERAL HOME HAS BEEN A TRUE GOD SENT. CUTTING THEIR PRICE TO HELP ME. I ATTEMPTED TO RAISE THAT MONEY. PASTOR J. (AND THE PEOPLE OF THE CHURCH) TOOK UP A COLLECTION FOR MY DEAR MOTHERS FUNERAL. HE (PASTOR J) ALSO OFFERED THE USE OF THE CHURCH FOR MOMS WAKE. (FOR FREE) MOM HASN'T BEEN A MEMBER THERE FOR OVER 13 YRS. PASTOR DIDN'T HAVE TO HELP. (PLUS IT WAS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS TIME AND PEOPLE ARE NORMALLY SHORT OF MONEY AT THAT TIME) BUT YET HE DID HELP, HE NEVER STOPPED CARING FOR MOTHER. THE MEMBERS STILL CARED. SOME PERHAPS MAYBE DIDN'T KNOW MY MOTHER, BUT THEY STILL GAVE. SO FAR (DEC 28TH) MOM IS STILL HOLDING ON. ABSOLUTELY A MIRACLE. YET, EVEN IF SHE DOES ULL THROUGH THIS TERRIBLY TOUGH ILLNESS, SHE IS GIVEN A 4-6 MONTH LIFE EXPECTANCY. I PRAY GOD WILL TAKE HER HOME PEACEFULLY. SO SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO RETURN BACK TO THOSE TERRIBLE NURSING HOMES. HAS OF TODAY, HER KIDNEYS ARE WORKING AGAIN. AND THE SEPSIS IS GONE. THE MRSA IS LURKING SOME WHERE IN HER BODY. BUT REALLY ISN'T SHOWING UP ON A BLOOD TEST. SHE STILL HAS HIGH SUGAR, AND NEEDED A BLOOD TRANSFUSION. BUT DOES SEEM IMPROVED. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS CHURCH. AND YES, ID REFER IT TO EVERYONE I MET. I KNOW GOD KNOWS AND SEES ALL. FOR ME AND MY DEAREST MOTHER. THIS CHURCH IS A CHURCH THAT INDEED DOES CARE. AND ID NEVER SAY ANYTHING DIFFERENT. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

Every time my wife and I have been there the people were always friendly to us and the music was inspiring. The preaching always glorified the LORD and was a help to those wanting to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. We have always felt genuinely accepted there. I can heartily recommend this church for you and your family! (Brian)
