I had an awesome waterproof jacket that had a stain and my mom said "I can get that out!" Well it took the waterproofing off. I contacted Columbia and they said send it in for repair. They couldn't fix it so they gave me store credit. Yesterday I went to your Merrimack NH store and I was so impressed with the selection in the style I previously had. The credit covered the jacket but the cashier must have thought I was some weirdo because she says thanks have a good night but I had a frog in my throat ready to burst into tears because I have never had a company do something so nice for me. I was so devastated when that jacket got ruined.  It's almost supernatural how well it blocks the wind and rain and cold! Now I have my jacket back and I am so grateful! Thank you!

Great jackets and other stuff. For the price, I think it's worth it. The jackets are very insulated and they keep you warm.

Stopped here looking for a jacket, something in between summer and winter and found the perfect one!  Not only was it on sale but it was an extra 20% off, plus I received a coupon for $20 off $100 purchase in November.  I love this store and always find such great deals!

If you want Columbia, this is a great option. Prices aren't really outlet low, but you can find a wide array of items.
