If you're looking for quality physical training or rehab, this is the place to go. Jerry, the owner, is a physical therapist and trainer and has a degree in nutrition. He is all about integrity and quality of service, so he has strict requirements for all of the trainers on staff. I have had chronic neck pain for 4 years and have been getting physical training from Columbus Fitness Consultants for the past 4 months and I'm very pleased with their expertise in rehab and fitness. I also have been getting MAT (Muscular Activation Technique) therapy with Jerry for 4 months and have already seen positive results in my back and neck. If you have chronic pain and nothing else has helped, MAT is definitely worth trying. Jerry is very qualified and aims to provide quality service, which is what CFC is all about.

Columbus Fitness Consultants has been instrumental in my goal of improving my fitness and diet. Having worked with Jerry, owner, on nutrition, and Sam - my personal trainer -- I am already feeling the benefits of their expertise! So glad I walked in the door and met with Jerry to get my program going! A big workout area - with a small family feel to it -- I am very comfortable going in for my training and cardio. Great place to just get it done! Thanks, Sam and Jerry!
