It's beautiful inside and very clean outside. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. Great resources!! The biggest problem is how children misbehave in the computer area. The Security Guards do their job trying to keep the kids quiet; however, they need "regulatory" help from their top administration. Children 10 and under should have their parent(s) there with them anytime the kids are there. If people, including kids, misbehave, they should be required to leave. The Columbus libraries are used as 'babysitters'; the parents doing it should stop now.

Always pleasant and VERY ckean and helpful. I feel pretty safe when visiting because there is visible security. I do highly recommended this branch.

Columbus,Ohio has the best libraries&staff in the whole USA...the staff in every one of them are friendly,professional always helpful& innerstanding...they have FREE classes (even Entrepreneur classes)that cost hundreds of dollars elsewhere...yes the BEST in the Nation...I've travelled extensive&Columbus has it going on...there is no reason to be stuck on stupid &ignoring a super helpful resource to better ones life..Salute!Columbus,Ohio libraries &super cool staff!!!!

It's lit over in the teen room, me and my friends always go after school because it's it's just across the street, all the people are really nice and I always do my hw there
