This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with next to Citizens bank in Waterford.  The staff is rude and every time I had a question it was as if none of them knew their jobs.  They ended up cancelling one of my business accounts along with five other businesses I know without and reason given.  Then we later found out from an insider that because our accounts were to small it was hurting there average account size for a commission check they were going after.  What a complete joke of an organization and poorly run on all levels.  STAY AWAY FROM THEM

They are the best!  Customer service is second to none for Business or Personal accounts.
