Friendly staff but this branch is the busiest ive been to so plan accordingly also they have a coin machine which is helpful if your turning in coins and the fees are reasonable if not free

I have been a client both business and personal with Genisys Credit Union for over 2 decades now and they have always been a great partner and credit union that supports it's members above and beyond all the time.

hate the hours but they're like any other bank. great service though so far. i only deposit money so i don't do anyhting else that's fancy.

I am 38 years old. I had always been VERY  "anti-bank"  until I started using Genisys Credit Union. I saw a previous review commenting on they're inability to get a loan through Genisys. That is CRAP!! When Genisys saw that I was using my over draft a lot (racking up a lot of over draft fees) they called me and offered me a personal loan so I wouldn't have to continue to over draft and eat the fees! How often do you hear of a bank calling a customer (especially one with not so great credit) and offering them an UNSECURED personal loan??!! First loan I have ever had! Instead of making a LOT more money off me via $30/per over draft fees, they went out of they're way to help me. I will NEVER use any other financial institution! All of my face to face interactions have been at the Deer Lake location.
