I've never found the staff here to genuinely care about their customers needs, helping them, or doing anything other than pushing products on you that you don't need or even qualify for.

Nice location safe place to do your banking without having to worry about being robbed nice people and every time I go there I see a police patrol car around the bank area and everyone working there are very nice and go above and beyond what is required of them I hope my post comment helps you in making your decision about Comerica bank
