Called for an appointment for the girlfriend at 1:30 pm yesterday because of tooth pain, gave them the info they requested and here I sit at 11:30 am the next day with my significant other still in pain and no phone call. I know I'm not the only one in this world but FFS I have cash and I was told by a friend to call This company. Good thing there are more people who want my money ..................

I went in for a first visit today and after waiting for 45 minutes after checking in I went and ask them what was taking so long and they said they had forgotten I was out there and made it seem like I should have come up and let them know earlier. This isn't a review of their dental work but just of their customer service makes it really hard to want to go back when I wasted so much of my day there after making an appointment for a 15 minute consultation.

I called with severe tooth pain got same day appointment and extraction. The staff was very friendly and professional. I have had several appointments in a short amount of time and each visit was a pleasant experience.

Do not go here! They do not give their patients the proper care that is needed. When I went in for a new patient exam, they did not even take a full set of x-rays. The dentist is very rude and cocky and does not take good care of his patients. All he wants is to get you in and out and collect the money for your treatment. They also never cleaned my teeth. Just started drilling!! Stay away from this dentist!! There are much better and more friendly dentist's out there!

The place is nice, but the assistant who was taking my x-ray was having attitude right from the start. It was my first time taking that type of x-ray, so I voiced that I didn't really know what to do. However, she said things like, "you're fighting me" or "don't try to trick me". I told her I'm not good at it since I never did an x-ray like this and my reflex was a bit sensitive, but she just replied, "yeah, you're not good at tricking me." I don't know why she just assumes I intentionally make her job harder. I told her many times I wasn't sure how to do this and I needed some directions on how to bite down the device and such. Very unpleasant experience.
