It seems like they do really well with the parents & kids alike. Every person we interacted with was really polite. We just switched from a different local dentist to hero,we have a feeling we will continue to go to hero for our sons dental care.

My son is only 16 months old and this was his first time at the dentist. Of course he was screaming and upset because he just wants to run around, and they were so patient and calm with him! It was great!!

Very good with the little ones.  My kids loved the waiting area as well as the super friendly staff.

They are nice and caring. They listen to you there and they are willing to work with you. It’s nice that they will take you up to the age of 20

Three of my children had dental appointments today. The staff was very welcoming and Dominic was very motivated to converse with my son while waiting for the doctor for over an hour. If you have a younger child i highly recommend Kristen for the long wait. My daughter highly enjoyed I spy while also waiting for the doctor for over an hour. The Doctor seemed busy but worked us into the schedule which I greatly appreciated considering we waited for over an hour.
