Outstanding customer service ! After getting nowhere for 5 days with the company that  we've  used for yrs ,, a friend suggested comfort first, my husband called today,,  fri afternoon  at 2:00 and by 4:00 - 4:30 their service guy Pat was here and was very professional and informed my husband of the problem and fixed it quickly. We were thrilled that they could come out the same day as the temps are to be In the 90s over the weekend.  We will definitely be customers in the future  and will highly  recommended for anyone  that  asks.

Had an emergency on a Saturday, they came out within an hour. I was afraid  parts would have to be ordered, but they were on the truck and repairs were made then. Great customer service.

Same day service! Rick was able to check out my system the same day I called to check out my AC give me a top off. Not only that, he also give the unit a cleaning and explained what to keep an eye out for in case problems arose again.  He was not quick to replace or sell me anything more than what was needed. He values taking care of the equipment I had to extend the life and quickly got my house back to comfortable.  I'll be calling him in the fall for a furnace rundown.
