Save your time!!!! Went here for kids track meet for a overnight stay and it may have been one of the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’m use to traveling for AAU!!!!! Stink bugs in the first room so they called themselves moving us to another room, next room window broken with tape over it. Bathroom floor coming up and Shower was disgusting with grit everywhere anyway long story short i was told i would have taken off of the room when I check out the from for the inconvenience and the manager played crazy in the morning stating it’s the season for stink bugs and she wasn’t sure if i would be compensated she would have to ask the general manager! Wait! What? I told her that’s not what i was told over the phone and she said she believes me but there is nothing i can do about now! Very unprofessional and the place overall need a good cleaning and some maintenance!!!! It just doesn’t look clean and i was afraid to eat the breakfast because the breakfast area didn’t look sanitary.... please avoid if possible!!!! Also while i was standing at the front desk making my complaint the phone keep ringing with other guest complaints.... only gave one star because i had too...

Room was affordable and the bed was clean and comfortable. The rest was pretty bad. Carpet had dark black and red stains; no plug for the tub; hair dryer didn't work; elevator is ancient; random fans, chairs, and bags of trash blocked hallways... Funny Note: the customer service was pretty bad here. It wasn't a matter of the staff being unfriendly, but they were unhelpful. When I called the front desk and explained that I needed a plug for the drain, they told me the only thing they could do is switch us to another room and that plugs weren't something they had just laying around...

Very noisy, could hear people in the hallway all night. The hostess was asking for pain medication in the morning. Had a pool and a good breakfast.

This place is run down outdated and definitely needs a lot of attention. The bath bar fell out. Caulk is disgusting.bathtub is filthy. Handicapped bar is not there but has a lot of jagged edges. Omg breakfast is horrible toaster kept popping fuse and waffle iron kept shutting down for the same reason. Didn't offer much to eat. The place is noisy. Very thin walls and ceiling.by the toilet is filthy.
