The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The one downside of my room was the heating/cooling. It was an old style wall mounted unit with a "warmer to cooler" dial. I could not get a comfortable setting for quite a while. The hotel itself is close to shopping and resteraunts. Over all of stay here again.

The staff were great. The breakfast was really good. The room was nice, a/c was a blessing. However there was a strong odor of urine when entering the room BUT when the front desk were made aware they were apologetic and compensated us. Would DEF stay there again

Unfortunately when we first checked in and went to our room the room had a do not disturb sign on the door. Upon entering the room it was obvious that the room hadn't been cleaned at all. We went to the front desk who apologized. They were able to remedy the situation by switching our rooms and offered us a discounted rate. Once we were in our new room everything was great. A rough start but ended up being a great place to stay.

Unfortunately this location doesn't have reusable dishes and cutlery which is horrible for the environment. I would like to see this changed because there is a LOT of waste generated. Great rooms but the continental breakfast had the most watery eggs I've ever seen.

Very accomadating. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a dog and they put us in a location where she could step right outside into the forest. Continental breakfast was good. Overall, great place to stay.
