Very satisfied with the visit and stay. Helpful staff, but the cleaning crew did not take any tips that was left for them?! Morning breakfast was okay. Regular set of breakfast item: toast, Danish, bagel, yogurt, 4 different types of juice (from concentrate), scramble eggs, 2 different waffle, coffee (decaf too and hot water for tea), milk in metal pitchers, 3 different cereals. Had bacon and large flat sausage for two different days. Wifi a little weird since I had many problems trying to access sites on the east coast (work).

The Hotel lobby staff was very friendly and courteous to us. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious for the cost. Ample parking was available. Great location next to a CVS. Not too far from the freeway. Would highly recommend.

First room they gave us hadn't been cleaned yet. Second room they gave us literally had a guest already occupying that room. Third room they tried was clean, but the sofa inside it was stained and we avoided it at all costs. We had a window looking into the hotel's storage closet and there was no way to adjust the temperature, so it became very hot. Staff was friendly, car was safe in the parking garage, breakfast was fine, and overall it was a decent place to stay for the price.

Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms would recommend to anyone staying in the area to check it out if you plan to stay a night or two. The staff was great very friendly made the whole checking in process quick and painless.

I liked our room. It was nicely decorated and clean, and the bed was comfy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very decent. I would recommend it, and I can't say that about the Quality Inn in Hemet the night before.
