Violates the Americans with Disabilities Act by unlawfully demanding "certification" for working service dog, as prohibited by federal and state law. Refused to even take recommending doctor's card (even though providing such is NOT required) to confirm letters of recommendation for service dog. Was informed of the ADA regulations and laws, as well as the fact that refusing a room based on that reason would force a combat veteran homeless mother with a seizure disorder to sleep on the streets. Zero f***s given. Have fun paying your fines.

Well I will never go back again .even if it was free. There were numerous things wrong . the worst being s cock Roach in frig...baby oil smeared on the table top..,I had to go to the office 7 times for items that were suppose to be there already ...the list goes on ...

When ever we come here the owner gives us the same room every time. He is nice and we don't have any problems here
