On November 15th I called at approximately 12:00 noon and reserved a room for that night. I guaranteed the room with a credit card. Less than 2 hours later I had to call and cancel due to a work issue. I was told by the desk clerk that I could not cancel and have my credit card charges refunded because I did not give them 24 hours notice. I explained to her that it was impossible for me to abide by that rule since I made the reservation the same day I was suppose to arrive. I also told her I canceled within 2 hours of making the reservation and it was only 2:00 PM not like they had to turn people away because of my reservation. The clerk still insisted that I did not give 24 hours notice. That seemed so asinine to me I was sure when I talked to a more experience person or the manager I could get the issue resolved. Much to my surprise when I called to speak to a manager someone else answered the phone. I asked for a manager and the young man wanted to know my issue. After going through the whole story again he told me to hang on. Either he was instructed not to put my call through to the manager or just would not let me speak to one. When he came back on the phone he explained to me I did not give 24 hours notice so I was not eligible for a refund. I attempted to explain to him if a person makes a reservation within 24 hours of arriving there is no way to abide by the rule. I further explained I might agree if I had waited until that night and call them after they may have turned customers away but not before 2:00 PM when they did not turn any customers away. I will never stay there and have heard I should be glad I didn't unless I wanted to breathe musky, moldy, smoky air.

Trucker friendly! Truck parking just across the street enough for maybe three to four big rigs. There's tons of parking behind the hotel at the truck stop that actually owns this hotel. Short walking distance to grab a bite to eat at the adjacent truck store. Right off the highway. Finally a hotel designed for truckers. Easy in, easy out! (said the priest to the nun.)

Stayed at 5 Comfort Inn & Suites locations this week. The first 3 were awesome, but the last 2 were significantly different in quality. I rate the chain overall as 3 stars because it seems to be hit or miss on how well the facilities are cared for. Some are amazing and others, while not the worst places I have stayed, need significant cosmetic or other more significant repairs.

Large room, clean, with a fridge and microwave. Excellent customer service and breakfast was tasty. CDL discount too.

We stayed in the king suite and it was such a relief to have a nice couch to sit on after a long day of traveling. Our TV kept going out (although that could be a Direct TV problem, not the hotel's) and the couch got uncomfortable pretty quickly, but overall it was a nice stay! Nice breakfast in the morning too! I would stay again.
