The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The light over the sink had one of the bulbs removed and it was too dark for my wife to apply her make up.  Somehow we missed that you do not serve breakfast, so you may want to highlight that more.  We needed to be on our way early in the morning so thankfully we brought some eats with us.    I think your location in Hermiston is very good.

Our room was clean, large and comfortable. We enjoyed the patio area and ate at the Panda restaurant next door. We enjoyed our stay

The hotel smells funny, a little musty. The manager at the desk is not friendly at all and gave us a difficult time checking into our room at a late hour. Upon checking out, we discover a $50 charge to our room. Because our room window was open the manager and maid assumed we had been smoking. They charged us a cleaning fee. They have not refunded the $50 and it has been a week. We do not smoke. Please choose another hotel if you have to stay in Hermiston.

Clean room, fresh bedding and quiet at night. Kitchen availability with adequate appliances , though outdated.  Soap is only toiletry supply provided. Why not shampoo and conditioner?

Room and hall smelled awful! No hot water and the ac did not work! Spend a little more money and go some place else! Not worth saving a few bucks to stay here!
