We had a wonderful stay in the 2 bedroom suite. The staff was wonderful except the 3rd shift clerk who was sleeping in her s.u.v. almost all night. Thank you Comfort In.

Only stayed one night the girl at the desk was FANTASTIC I beleive her name was Norma Jean she was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we got a great night's sleep. Room was spotless.

They need to work on cleaning up your room with out you having to ask 5 times. Iv had to stay here plenty times unfortunately.  Nice staff but I should not come back to my room after leaving at 9am to return at 3 pm and it not be cleaned up. Especially for the extremely high prices it's not exactly a 5 star hotel. Lazy staff is to blame this is not the first nor is it the only time. The gnats flying around in your room is a No No, what do the staff do absolutely nothing.  The staff here is just totally not interested in there job  being nice and polite, it's not the job.  I am making an official complaint to Choice Hotels, this place is just disappointing If the room was less than 100$ I wouldn't complain but when I come to Madisonville I have to stay for a week or sometimes longer basically I'm paying 1000$ to make my own bed up and shoo away flies and gnats that's unacceptable.

Front desk associate in afternoons was fantastic. Told us about free s'mores and hotdogs in dining area. There are train tracks out behind hotel but it is pretty quiet despite that. There were no train horns at all. Rooms are HUGE with great big bathrooms as well. Rate does vary each night on bill otherwise 5 stars.
