My family and I have been staying at this particular hotel for several years on a semi-annual basis and have never once had a bad experience. The front desk staff has always greeted us with a friendly welcome and have always accommodated our requests with a can do attitude. There is a special culture at this particular property that spans throughout the entire staff, from the housekeeping crew to the amazing breakfast hospitality staff...particularly Lynda! We are so sad that Lynda will be retiring at the end of this year as she has become the highlight of our stays here. We wish that we could make it down to Springfield to wish her a wonderful farewell on her last day of 12/31/2017. We love you and wish you the best Lynda! We have never experienced a feeling of being treated like a part of a family like we have when we stay here... every time! They are even sweet our dog! We want to thank the entire staff and give a special thank you to the General Manager Kristen Gibson who clearly drives the great culture of friendliness, excellent customer service & cleanliness at this hotel property. Arrived on a Friday left on a Monday. One of the things that really impress me about this establishment was their staff. Everyone was very kind and courteous and more than happy to help where they could. One gentleman who was working the desk really impressed us with his knowledge of his guest and his attention to detail, it really made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was nothing mind blowing but was fresh and hot. The room we stayed was clean smelling, not just perfume trying to cover up undesirable smells but actually clean. The room was spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable that there were a few mornings that I found myself sleeping in due to the comfort. Over all it was a great stay for a great value and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling through Eugene.

Excellent accommodations, hot breakfast and the price was reasonable for the 6 of us. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. They also have snacks available as well as drinks to purchase, which is nice if you're traveling during a major holiday and come late at night. Would definitely stay there again.

Delivered what they claim! Breakfast plentiful & good quality of food. The best hotel experience we've ever had, bar none!

Rooms are very clean and reasonably priced. Every single staff member we have encountered has been friendly and helpful. We have a large group of 18, and they kept us all fairly close to each other on the same floor. The pool is clean and well maintained. Beds are super comfy. I am assuming the pull out bed is as well, since the kids are still asleep on it right now! There is a nice patio smoking area outside of the pool. Have not had the breakfast yet, as it is only 5:20am, but if it meets the high standards of everything else here, I know we won't be disappointed. This place knows customer service, and we will definitely return on our next trip to Oregon!
