Hotel is nice and clean. The building is date, but it doesn't affect your stay. The owner has taken good care of the building through renovations and keeping everything well cleaned and smoke free! 5 stars for exceeding expectations for the price. 

Get the king bed, it's cheaper and there's more room in the room overall

Great. Room is very nice. Quiet parking lot. Everything was better than expected. And the staff was top notch.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff and owners are great. It's about 8 miles from the beach but the value is worth it. This is the best choice hotel in the area. The Hampton inns are good but will cost more and they don't offer anything more than what we received here.

Worst stay ever. TV didn't work, AC rattled all night, coffee maker didn't work, tried to call the desk, got not in service recording. Bed was very uncomfortable, not enough water pressure for the shower to work properly. Front desk smiled, wrote it down but offered nothing. That's the amount of repeat business of mine and the amount of referrals they'll get for me. Nothing!
