The location of the Motel 6 is very convenient. This used to be a Knights Inn but they've definitely upgraded and made things nicer. I appreciated the laundry room they had available. The sheets were not only clean but very pretty. The tissue is a bit hard and the toilet got backed up but that was the only downer I do believe.

The towels are stained and even tho we have a do not disturb sign on the door they are knocking early in the morning people walking by and yelling being loud we are staying here due to a house fire and im stressed enough as it is. When we first checked in the lady was rude but after explaining our situation she calmed down a bit.

The first room we were given the beds weren't made, there were dirty towels laying all over the place and the room was a complete pigsty. This staff was not apologetic. The next room we had the pleasure to experience we walked into the bathroom and there was a clean bath towel draped over the bathtub with large clump of hair laying on it and a brand-new bar soap laying on top of that. The bathtub was dirty and the bathroom had mold in it. The bathroom door you couldn't shut unless you did it forcibly. Even though I called to verify they had a pool when we got there the pool was closed and locked up for our 3 day stay. The parking lot had beer bottles laying out in it. The specific area of the motel that we stayed at I truly believe was being used to house homeless people. As a family traveling with young children and far away from home, I didn't appreciate being put with these people in that area. People were hanging outside of their motel rooms at all hours of the night. These people were drinking and carrying on by group singing at late hours. My sister one evening at approximately 8 p.m. was accosted by 4 drunken men and was asked if she needed a boyfriend. We didn't appreciate this and sister was scared to death. When my sister brought up a few of the issues we had with the hotel with the staff, the staffs reply was, what do you expect us to do about it. Motel 6 used to be my choice of places to stay when I travel, but not anymore. My last stay was at a Ramada. I welcome anybody from Motel 6 corporate to call me at any time to discuss this.

Price is good, however: 
1) I spent 3 nights and asked every night to be awaken up by telephone. It never happened. The morning person was always trying to find some excuses why I was not woken up. 
2) Room 313 was pretty humid. 
Otherwise, for a price of 50 dollars not a bad deal. Also the evening girl Marisa or something similar (young white girl) was EXTREMELY HELPFUL.

This hotel is quite old, needs updating. The room was very small, not really big enough for three people.  Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was not as clean as it should have been and there were a few bugs. Could not get the TV to work. And the wifi didn't work. Had to use my phone to watch a movie.
