The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was better than most continental breakfast. Oatmeal, Real eggs scrambled and boiled, sausage, biscuits, gravy, numerous cereals, pastries and more. Asked for extra pillows. Had them ready in no time. Nice size refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. But house keeping could do a better job. Stayed 2 day. Refrigerator was dirty. Cobweb in side if lamp shade. Noted big swished bug when I lifted hair dryer from wall attachment. So GROSS!!Asked registration clerk to have housekeeping clean it while we were gone. Got the chunk of bug off but left the guts!! Really?? Not a pleasant sight.

After checking into a crappy motel across the street (Microtel Inn of Wyndham) I was so relieved to find this place. The hallways are wide, well lit, smell fresh and look clean! The rooms are spacious and also feel clean. The bathroom is nice and spacious and feels clean! They smartly have a ton of electrical outlets so you can easily charge multiple devices. Outlets are also built into the night stands on each side of the bed so your devices can charge nearby. There a small fridge but it keeps your items cold and the little freezer on top actually freezes. The microwave is old but it works so... There is a iron and a board, and hangers for your clothes. My room had a couch and a table to eat on. Extremely happy I switched! No way could I have stayed at that other place for two days.

Paula was great taking my reservation and equally pleasant a few minutes later at check-in. She provided us a crib promptly, a cute wooden one that was a bit wobbly, but not terribly -it did the job. The room was very clean and had an additional couch, desk, and table. Reason for me not giving five stars: the bed, though clean, was not comfortable, nor in the fiftieth percentile of comfort. Second, the shower/bath towel, though also clean, had holes in it and should have been thrown out or recycled many many washes ago. Great place for the money though. I'll definitely stay again if in the Mosquite / east Dallas area.

Paula at the front desk was extremely helpful! Nice, quiet place. Most amenities are covered here. However, If you're in a commercial vehicle, Mesquite has an ordinance that prevents you from parking at most hotels/motels, so keep this in mind when you're room hunting!
