Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have be more sweet. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. Breakfast area is spacious, with fresh fruits, parking was adequate. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on by suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although a short and sweet this time. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future!!!

It was a really nice hotel I like the location because it was close to everything that I wanted. Brakefast good staff nice and friendly and it is a comfort suite i was comfortable. So much so i did not want to leave.

nice hotel the young lady that checked me in was a bit slow at getting us in.
i booked a king suit  and when i got to my room it was 2 queens.
i had to go back to the front desk and get my room changed.
i am staying here 2 days and today is the second day.
when i came back to my room my key did not work and i had to go back down to the desk to get it fixed.
however those small problems and inconveniences aside.
this is a very nice hotel.
it is very well matined. the rooms are very clean, the pool is very nice and all the employees othere than the girl that checked me in are super friendly and nice to deal with.

This property is superb! I travel all over the country and this is by far the best service I have experienced in hotels...I can stay at the beach, but choose this property because its quality service (hard to find sometimes) 

The front desk is always willing to help and give tips about the best places in the area.. the Managers Mr. Espinal , Mr. Codorniu and Ms. Fernandez always greet me in the lobby, which is definitely a well received gesture.. the rooms are clean and updated.. cleanliness is a must for me and I have never had issues.

They include a free breakfast that was very good. Make your own waffles, eggs, side dish, fruit, coffee, tea, juices, muffins, bagels and more. Close to grocery store, restaurants. Microwave, coffee, tea, in the room. Front desk people very nice.
My flight was delayed so they were very accommodating and let me stay a little longer with a late check-out and then a key to sit by the pool and then in the lounge at no extra charge.
