It's a nice place, the people are friendly. Only real issue I found was with the bathroom door. There kinda isn't one. It's a wooden panel, which slides over the doorway on metal tracks, and it's got a pane of frosted glass on it so you can see whoever's in the bathroom, doing whatever they're doing. The door also doesn't lock, and there are sizable gaps along its borders so anybody can peek inside. Presumably you're not in this room with a stranger, but still. A little bit of privacy is cool.

We booked this hotel for a few days because they take in dogs. But there was no elevator service when we arrived (had to carry everything up to the 4th floor. It was fixed by the next morning but after its service was restored, it was far too slow for morning traffic, we ended up having to use the stairs during the morning hours anyway. I believe this hotel has been in some renovation so the pool area, carpets and showers were very nice but not so with some of the other areas of the hotel... Trying to properly operate the TV and the blasted air conditioner was quite burdensome. Oh well, nothing intolerable but nothing to write home about either.

Don't stay here. Worst experience ever. They had terrible customer service. Our check in took hours. There was construction under our room the whole stay and they did nothing about it. They charged us for $400 damages when we cleaned up the room before we left. Impossible to have damages. Don't stay here, worst experience ever.

Sunday Night, after having a difficult personal situation I stayed at this hotel. I didn't even look at the reviews, I just need it a place for the night. TONY was a blessing. He was extremely helpful and polite. I think it was God that put such an understanding person in one of my most difficult moments. Thank you so much.

Stayed for 18 days. Very nice clean and comfortable. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Great breakfast included every morning. Nice pool and patio. Nice cocktail lounge. Convenient parking. Wonderful professional people made our stay truly enjoyable. Whenever we are back in the area, this will be our go to place.
