Needed a place to rest from drive down I-395. Stopped at other places that were cheap but had horrible customer service. Finally arrived here and was stunned by the price vs. amenities. Lobby contained ice cold lemon water and was nicely furnished. Heated pool was open all night and accessible by room card. Exercise room was available next to the pool. A shower and locker room was available for changing. Room was large and contained a sofa, wing chair, office desk, chest of drawers, flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and 2 queen beds. A full buffet breakfast was included in the price of the room. The staff (especially the breakfast manager) were friendly and up to any request. Will definitely make this my go-to stop in future travels north. Thank you to the staff at Comfort Suites for a great stay!!!

This hotel didn't have many stars but we only needed a place to sleep overnight and then continue driving in the morning. I was actually quite impressed with it. I want expecting much based on the star rating. We got there and they had items available for purchase such as bottled water, soda, snacks, etc . There was a bar in the next room. Also there was a place to do laundry. In the basement they had an in ground pool and small fitness area. However, there were only a few towels there and they were so tiny...more like hand towels than towels to dry off after swimming. Complementary breakfast in the morning was good, too. Not just cold food like cereal, but also hot food like eggs and waffles. Inside the room itself it had a bathroom with a large counter, a bench you could sit on to put your shoes on, a small fridge (no freezer) and even a microwave!

Great hotel with large clean rooms in a convienent location. Indoor pool is 24 hours, large selection of items at complimentary breakfast, and welcoming staff. Book the presidential suite if it's available, you won't regret it!

Hotel room was very spacious and I liked the extended bathroom counter. We used the refrigerator for our pre concert snacks and drinks. The shuttle to and from the hotel was on time. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent.

First I have to say that the warm welcoming I got when I walked in the door was amazing very friendly welcome from Kara and Bryan. Kara handled my issues with quickness and professionalism I was very shocked to learn that Kara wasn't a manager. Great job Kara. Bryan was very professional and he handles the out of control Patriots I feel like I get a safer stay with him here. Great job Bryan. An For Miss Patty the bartender she's very sweet and caring. She has her regulars that come in that are respectful and laugh, just having a great family experience. Thank you to the 3 of you for making me like family. So now for the bad a lady Christa is very rude, tells customers that they are taking care of when they are not people from the shift after her have to take care of her mistakes, she told me that she had management status come to find out she does not. If it was her alone I will never have come back here again but because of the three that I named up top I will definitely be back hopefully my next visit I will not see Christa. There was a third shift guy JC I only talked to him once on the phone a few weeks before my stay he seems very polite and nice but I didn't have to deal with him at night. Thank you Kara Brian Miss Patty. I almost cancelled my reservation but thought I would give them another shot because I was fed up with choice and the rude staff member Christa. Lastly the rooms are nice and clean, I have been to many comfort suites they stack up with them, pool and small fitness center is open 24 hours. The on site bar is open Fridays and Saturdays.
