Reviews

Clean open rooms with interesting layouts which can accommodate guests if desired.  Beds and pillows are medium firm,  matter of preference there.  Didn't try the breakfast or other amenities but they did supply a good arrangement of little toiletries.  Staff was pleasant and helpful when needed.  Safe and secluded area with grocery stores and fast food within a moderate walking distance and a timely shuttle to and from the casino.  All in all a decent place to stay for the weekend!

Stayed for one night in a two queen room. First, check in was a breeze. Very quick and easy, Ashley told us about everything, including the free shuttle to the casino. Room was nicer than I was expecting with two beds and a pull out sofa! There was plenty of room in here also. I felt like I was at home, entertaining guests, as we had a little gathering before we went out for the night. Liked the addition of the mini fridge. Beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of glassware for us to use. Great shower. Having the sink outside of the bathroom was a great call also. Complimentary breakfast was more than your standard toast and fruit. Plenty of options to choose from, and we didn't feel rushed even though we arrived close to the cutoff time. No hassle check-out, plenty of free parking. Overall a great hotel. If I go to Mohegan again, I will definitely choose this place over the higher priced casino rooms!

Very nice. Big rooms. Comfortable bed. Easy to get to local conveniences like, gas, convenience store. I wish the room had a microwave. Shuttle to and from casino and lovely gentleman driving. Staff was very courteous and patient even with the most boisterous customers. The facility was very well maintained.

My stay at the Hyatt was wonderful.  The rooms are clean and the bedding and furniture are in excellent condition.  In fact, the entire hotel appears to be in excellent condition.  Check-in went smoothly and quickly.  Breakfast choices during my stay consisted of bacon, eggs, pancakes, fruit, english muffins, bread for toast, and oatmeal.  Unfortunately, the line was quite long, and tables were limited, but this was not a huge problem.  I would recommend this hotel.

Not the friendliness desk staff but helpful.  When booking it gave two options for breakfast... and everyone gets the same breakfast. So don't pay the extra $15.  Breakfast was edible but deceiving to posters.  Thin walls. No tub or hot tub.  Nice pool. Has free shuttle to casino at 25 and 55 of ever hr.   Casino gives you $10 slot play with room confirmation at player club. Easy 7 minutes to venue.   Clean room. Business area. Serves food 24/7. Fitness room 24/7.   Free parking.  We would return.
