My husband and I recommend Comfort Windows and Doors highly. We recently had replacement windows, siding and an entry door installed. The entire Comfort staff were great. The staff guided us through the entire process and the end results are great! As a side note, I will never, ever, never, ever their competitor to anyone.

Comfort Windows was awesome to work with. They kept me updated at every step of my order. The installers were fantastic, even vacuumed my rooms when they were finished. I was a little concerned about my new carpet since it was a rainy, muddy day. One guy worked inside while the other stayed outside and at no time did they track mud inside. The Windows are fantastic. I love them! Next will be my French doors.

Awful....never hire this company again. I started meeting with in May 2016. It's Feb 2017 and things are still not done. They messed up my order. Never ordered exterior door (still waiting for it). I had to send text they sent with pricing that included 2 entry doors. They have to redo framing for entrance door b/c they messed it up and cant install exterior door on existing framing. Bay window has chips & scuffs on it, exposed nail heads still. Installed my exterior light upside down. Siding was unfinished on all corners and bottoms. You could see insulation board underneath in spots. Bottom edge was crooked. The left a mess of nails & trimming everywhere. Had to pay for a nail in my tire that caused a flat. Window trim was uneven and mitered corners were crooked. I had to call Syracuse crew to come and fix it. People never call back. I was promised a painted purple door, which is why I choose to go with them. The day I was giving my 7K deposit salesman told me I couldn't get it done, it was too expensive, and I'd have to pay myself or paint it myself. I still 18K check for rest of the payment, it expires March 26 and it's feb 13. Never go with this company.....or if you do record EVERYTHING they tell you to suck you into going with them b/c they will mess up and then try to tell you you never discussed that. Salesman showed me picture and promised me a ridge vent install....he said "we don't do that....and there is no picture of that in catalog" well there is and I found it in catalog. How many female customers even know what a ridge vent IS unless it was discussed in meetings, right? Terrible terrible experience....I emailed guy asking when rest of the work would be done and no response back in email yet!!!!!!! So I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYBODY. So sorry I chose them

I recently had new windows, new "hoppers" (basement windows) and a new sliding glass door all installed and purchased from Comfort Windows. In every respect the entire project was done professionally and expertly. I have absolutely no complaints. The men who installed the windows came on time and worked quickly. I was amazed at how fast they had everything up and moving. The entire company has been a pleasure to work with. No surprises. A very good place to get new windows.

Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our custom made windows arrived much sooner than expected, and the courteous installers did a very nice job. Our new windows look great and we are very happy with them.
