I have used this company on two different jobs three years apart. In both cases, the work was done extremely professionally and in a very timely manner. Thank you OMAR for your unbelievable work ethic. Your team arrived on time and performed like a well oiled machine. They were efficient and reasonably priced. I have never seen a group of skilled works who performed in perfect harmony. The best part of this company is that they will always deliver more than you expect. The job is never finished until everything is perfect. Omar Gonullu never walks away finished until you, the customer, feel overwhelmed with the service they provided. I am looking forward to my next project and of coarse Omar's smile.

Z. Ipek and Sons Inc. and its sub-contractors followed all safety rules and met all standards throughout the course of the project. Havzi Ipek and associates from Z. Ipek & Sons Inc. responded professionally to all DASNY and client requests. They also interacted very professionally with all staff and maintained the job site in a neat and orderly manner. All necessary documents and material was turned over at the project’s conclusion. Thanks."   M. Good to know--and for you to know--that my experience with them was no fluke. Got a lowball estimate, which is why they got the job, but Havzi hit me up for more money twice, ending up roughly 30% over his original asking price despite no apparent complications coming up. They made a huge mess around the house that took days to clean up after they left. In the following weeks, discovered that their work was completely useless and had to hire two more contractors--one to figure out the problem and another to fix it. Don't let them kid you that they know what they're doing--just call someone else.

Lived in one of their properties and they are certified slumlords. Please do not rent from these guys. If they cannot take care of their properties, then imagine how they are with any business they run in their so called conglomerate.

Avoid at all costs. I hired Hadi Ipek to do some framing work at my house, much of it had to get redone after they left. Shoddy work, and the workers were argumentative and unprofessional when they were there.
