I bought 2 new La-Z-Boy recliners, one was tore across the back from the staples in the packaging and the other looked like whoever stained the leat her did a terrible job and missed spots. I called and was told they would repair it and was told to speak with the owner, I have called and called and he will not return my call. If you want a La-Z-Boy I would only buy from a corporate store because they will stand behind the product where Comfy Corners doesn't!! I would never buy here again.
