Transferred two vehicles from out of state. Notary was very helpful answering questions about required documents over the phone beforehand. Quick and professional service during the transfer, much better than going to the DMV. I see no reason anyone would have any issues with this notary unless they were missing required paperwork. Debit was free, extra 2% for credit, no checks accepted.

Find a different place. We just wanted to change our registration plates and the lady in the front desk was extra rude and unnecessarily raising her voice. She told us to leave the place because she insisted that she couldn't transfer the plates as we requested. Waste of time and had to deal with this irritating excuse for a person.

This is the worst place ever. My husband called before we went there, we got there at 3.40pm. The lady said because he was signing the title in front  of her she can't help us. He had the receipt for the car in his name and he also had I.d
THE WORST PLACE EVER. Just close down the business if you can't help customers. Lazy people. I just hope the owner of the business knows how bad they treat customers

I walked into this tag agency tonight at exactly 7:28. I had called ahead to ask what I needed to bring for a title transfer and for the closing time (8PM). We gathered the required items and hurried over. When we arrived and had been waiting for several minutes the woman behind the counter asked what we were there for. When I responded 'title transfer' she told us she wouldn't be getting to us: "We don't take title transfers after 7:30 and I have a customer ahead of you". I've never heard of arriving more than 30 minutes prior to closing time and being asked to leave. Since she had had the opportunity to tell me this prior to us driving over there I was really disappointed that my time had been wasted. I've used this agency before with great results. Not sure if this is a personnel issue or a decline in business practice, but would love to hear from the business owner about this.
