I called them just now because I needed to make an appointment for immunization because I had lost all my old records and my employer needs up to date shots records. The woman who answered the phone had the thickest, most unintelligible Indian accent I had ever heard. I had to ask her to repeat what she said 3-4 times before I could make any sense whatsoever out of her gibberish! Hardly the type of person you want answering the phone! I suggest the county invest some of its money on Hooked On Phonics for this woman.
