Community Auto offers excellent customer service, a thorough car diagnosis and quality repair. The customer receives a full Vehicular  Inspection Report that is presented in an comprehensive,  user-friendly format. Dave in the front office was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable.  He was kind enough to give me a courtesy ride home when my ride home unexpectedly canceled. 
 
If you want your vehicle properly diagnosed, serviced and repaired at top-of-the-line standards and specifications,  you can give your business to Community Auto in good confidence.  All the mechanics are highly trained and up-to-date on their certifications for old and new vehicles. When an auto repair business receives commendation from the BBB--and has received an award in ethics!--this speaks positive volumes to me! These folks have gained my trust...which is a relief for a woman who has little knowledge about cars.

Been doing business with the family for over 10 years, and still going back.  Recently took in my son's truck to prepare for a move to Florida.  They did only the necessary things (like getting the A/C running well) at a reasonable price, and suggested other things which could be done later.  And because I was helping out my son, they gave me snacks and a bottle of wine when the repair was complete.  :)

Returned again to get brakes on the same truck fixed. Communicate really well. Fast and courteous.

Extremely professional and experienced. Kept me in the loop on every decision by explaining pros and cons for each.   Made decisions on how to fix my vehicle  keeping me in the loop and being concerned for my financial  outcome.  Never condescending nor pushy.  Also met or exceeded dates given to me for completion.  Extremely personable.

I would definitely recommend my family and friends to use your shop.

Evan was able to give me a second opinion for a problem with my car that I had been quoted OVER $5K to repair at an shop in Loveland.  When I talked to him over the phone about getting a second opinion,  he was kind,  helpful and happy to take a look at what they reported.  His initial inspection didn't reveal the same findings. After having his mechanics perform a very thorough inspection,  they found that only minor repairs were needed.
Now,  instead of paying over $5K and being without my car for a week,  I have an appointment that will be less than $200 total, and they will repair it while I wait!  I felt respected, instead of taken advantage of, as a single lady!  I will be bringing my car here from now on knowing that they are ethical and have amazing integrity. 
Thank you so much Evan and Community Auto for restoring my trust in mechanics. You truly are the "Good Guys" and have earned a new customer for life!  I will recommend you to everyone.

Fantastic service! Slightly higher price than your average shop, but the added value is obvious after the first visit; for example, when I take my car in for a standard oil change, they do a comprehensive vehicle inspection every time and then proceed to send a detailed report said inspection to my phone. I had a leak in my rear shocks, and they included a picture of it in the report so that I can see for myself. Furthermore, the staff are sincere and knowledgeable, and they do a great job describing any problems with the car. You won't be disappointed!
