Absolutely horrible! They have a phone number but dont even pick up the phone ever....resulting in you having to come into the office when its a problem on their side not mine.

Poor work etnics. They stereo type based on where you live, I'm sorry that's racist.. Their all rude and ignorant there, they talk to you any way they want, there not helpful, no one answers the phone and they don't ever call you back... They city needs to hire people that actually care and that want to help others. I don't know how they get away treating people the way they do or not doing there jobs. There so quick to drop you, but not fast enough to help you.... There ignorant and just straight rude there.

I would like to report this please the supervisor on the 3 floor was racist to a family that need emergency help if I don't get answers for this family I'm going to the newspaper because you don't help the one's that really needs help and shame on you as a black lady you don't need to supervisor anyone I'm going to see to it that you don't be a supervisor any place and may the almighty God be with you dear 🙏🙏🙏

I went there for assistance never got the help needed. Tried to speak with the head person never got to him. The management there is terrible, someone else needs to do their job that actually cares about the residents of this city.

I dont know how they work in person but at least on the phone everyone i spoke to here was extremely rude. First person said "(her name) speaking" i said hi and began to explain what i needed but before i was even half way done without saying a think she transfered me and all i hear the phone ringing again while i was still talking. Second person was the most helpful cause she gave me some info but still left me confused and spoke like if i was boring her, she transfered me to who i believe its their worst emoloyee, my case worker Ms. Young, i have never been treated so poorly in my life. This woman talked to me like is i was stupid, raised her voice, interrupted me, and the whole time we spoke she talked to me with an attitude. They really need to improve their customer service skills. The one star is an oversatement but it was the only way to write the review.
