No matter how stupid you feel the question maybe or if you have to repeat the answer, you are their for the customer. This does not imply you should accept any form of disrespect. I have to say, everyone that helped me through my experience this morning was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. I got out of there in about 20 minutes and was overall very pleased. If you can get there early in the morning… that if your best bet. The lines are next to nothing. It’s like anything else- if you go in with a good attitude you’ll leave with a good attitude.

I waited on the phone for an hour and 15 minutes just to be transferred 3 times. When the 3rd person decided to transfer me, the fourth person coughed in my ear and then hung up. I decided to give it another try and waited on the line for 36 minutes for someone to answer and told me “i dialed the wrong number” i had said, i didn’t dial anything.. they connected me to you & she laughed and said “well i can’t help you” laughed again and then transferred me AGAIN. I finally hung up after another hour and 11 minutes. i understand these people may be busy but do you think i wanna sit on hold for over 3 hours just to be talked to rudely? these people are awful.

This is an all day process. Please don’t think u gonna be in and out. That’s fraudulent. You will be here more than 4 hours. Bring ya phone charger, folding chair and snacks. If you come prepared to wait the process will go by faster.

I was placed on hold for about 20 minutes. While on hold the phone call went back and forth from ringing, to a recorded message to ringing again before it was finally answer by Alicia who answered my one very simple question. She was courteous and I had a pleasant experience with the DMV today.
