Don’t open a bank account here unless you want to talk to the fraud department every other week. For the last six months once or twice a month they freeze my card due to possible fraud. 

I love the fact that they always say it’s for my protection! That’s a lie! We’re covered under Visa protection and a process called charge back. It’s done for the banks protection and they are really over protected.

They are the best bank / Credit Union for getting loans that I've worked with. Good rates and reasonable terms.

Horrible customer service. I received a call from CF letting me know of fraud on my account. I called, which I was told they couldn't speak to me although I was the account holder, then told me they didn't call me that it was visa, I told him I audio tape all my calls and messages and it clearly states Community First. Waited an hour at the bank before any help, I am taking my money across the street to Vystar.

I’m getting ready to switch banks. The tellers are always friendly but it always takes 5-10 minutes just to do a simple deposit. There procedures are dated like it’s still the 90s and I guess their software is too. That’s the only reason I can figure out why it takes so long for deposits.
