Harbor Community Bank is by far the worst bank in customer service, and especially the handeling of money. The workers are incompetent, careless, and unprofessional. On multiple occasions I had deposits that were messed up just by the carelessness of workers causing me to have a fee that had not been waved yet. I do not recommend this bank nor would I ever trust this institution with my money again.

I really enjoy banking with Harbor. I like the no monthly fees associated with having a checking account with them. Most branches have friendly staff, too. Especially the branch in South St. Augustine on US1. The one major drawback with Harbor Bank is THIS particular branch and it's staff, North of downtown near the SR16 intersection . I've never experienced a bank with such disinterested staff. Nearly every time I walk into this branch, every employee and teller will stare directly at me and not say a single word. They do not say hello and they do not smile. It makes coming into this bank very uncomfortable. I do not feel welcome. 

When I begin speaking with a teller, (And it doesn't really matter which one, because they all treat you poorly) they speak in monotone, avoid eye contact and tend to operate like a robot. There is no personality whatsoever. It's bizarre because I feel like everyone there behaves this way. They are unwilling to go out of their way to assist their customers with ANYTHING at all. They give generic responses for everything and often look at me as if I'm an idiot who should already know the answers to the questions I'm asking. Keep in mind I have a business checking account with Harbor so I often need assistance with obtaining reports and other help with my accounts. 

My experience with this branch has been the same every single time i've visited and the only reason i've continued to go is because of its convenient location for me. It's the nearest branch to my home (Which is still far away). At this point, I no longer want to come to this branch at all because of these experiences. I'm assuming all customers at this branch are treated this way, however I can't know for sure because I'm usually the only customer in the lobby when I come in. 
In all, the location is convenient the branch is clean, and there is rarely any wait or line; But the level of customer service at this branch is so astronomically low, that it's almost enough for me to want to bank with someone else.
