they dont deliver on time when i specifically asked for same day delivery and then even after that they are not able to commit to a delivery time for the next day which is already late! 
they are experts at marketing on the radio and guaranteeing great service...but don't be fooled, they are completely unprofessional and cannot commit to anything even when you have been promised delivery on a certain date and for a certain time window. 
Take your business elsewhere and you'll be happy you did with better peace of mind.

The flowers delivered looked completely different from what I choose.  Wish I could show a pic. I understand there are differences but this is unacceptable especially when the flowers cost over 80 dollars. I attempted to contact the company and still no response.  Beware if using this vendor.

The driver called me in the morning to ask for directions for my delivery, and he rudely told me he was driving and would call me back. I never received a call back and my flowers weren't delivered on time. Worst service ever. The customer service representative assured me they would arrive during business hours.

I ordered "vibrant blooms" because they looked bright and cheery and thought they'd be nice for my Aunt who just lost her husband.  The flowers were deep shades except for these pretty light green flowers.

The flowers themselves were beautiful absolutely no complaints about that, however they have a policy that I'm not happy about at all. Apparently if they deliver flowers and the recipient is not at home if it is a certain temperature outside they will deliver them to a neighbors house. Although the concept may seem ok to some people I personally don't know my neighbors and was not comfortable with them leaving them with people I've never even spoken to because apparently we "talk sometimes" which is untrue. When I called to mention I was not pleased with them doing that without mine or my boyfriends consent they simply kept saying it was company policy. When I asked if they couldn't just send it back to the store and I would pick it up the lady said "no that would be two deliveries" then I asked what would happen if the neighbor chose to say she didn't receive them and she said " that's happened before, we would deliver another arrangement." So technically that would be two deliveries. This policy doesn't make sense to me and I wanted to bring it to the company's attention.
