Dr. Flores, the nurses, and receptionist were very nice and professional. I was told the rate for a well visit by 2 staff members, and paid that amount in full at the time of the appointment. I later received a bill for additional charges that weren’t rendered. I called to billing department to inquire. The woman in billing, who stated she was a supervisor, was extremely unprofessional and rude. She began screaming at me as if I was a child. After cutting me off & ranting about how I cannot understand things, she hung up. Very poor customer service. It’s sad because I liked the office and the staff, but will not return because of this woman’s behavior. I have never encountered someone so rude in my entire life. Not sure why she was so upset, when I am the one who received a bill after already paying the rate I was told, almost $150 out of my pocket.
