This place is absolutely horrible. They claim to call you when they don't, the receptionists are the rudest people I've ever talked too, I got charged 100 bucks for a no show that they called and canceled on me...&I when I called the receptionist was again rude saying that they never called to cancel..yet I have the voicemail..not paying 100 bucks for their mistake. Also, if you have an older parent or are older please don't come here. I've witnessed them yelling at older people because they didn't understand something. Makes me sick. The doctors are nice. But when you have to communicate with the other people that work there it's not worth it at all. Get a better staff. Finding a new doctors office to go to.

Been coming here for years. Dr. Bastible is great. The receptionists however tend to be miserable/not helpful when I call. In person they've always been fine.

This place use to be good.... It now seems all the receptionists either hate there jobs or are just miserable all the time. The nurses as well are miserable. The drs seem to rush you through your appointment. Half the time you won't even see you primary doctor. You will see the NP. Will be looking for a new doctor.. its sad because this place at one point in my opinion a very nice place to be apart of.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!! It took 5 months to get a first appointment. Then once I arrived I waiting in the waiting room for TWO HOURS! the ladies behind the counter are miserable, rude and give attitude for doing their job. I saw the NP Ryan Taylor who was nice but rushed through the appointment. She put me on new medicine that I needed to go back and get checked to see how it's working after 4 weeks. The miserable receptionist told me they only have an appointment for either a week and a half later (not long enough for the meds to take effect). Or two months later (too long to wait to get rechecked). Then today work sent me home because I have possible pink eye. I need to get it checked today and show work tomorrow I sought treatment. I try an call the office and the miserable receptionist wouldn't schedule an appointment for me, instead redirected me to the Drs answering machine. I left a voicemail and waited 1 hour for a call back. Nothing. So I call again and the same miserable receptionist sighed and said "I'll page her". The dr gets on the phone, I tell her I have pink eye and I need to get it checked to go back to work. She tells me she have "no openings" and i would have to wait. Why?? Do they seriously not leave room in their schedules for sick visits???? WHAT KIND OF DR OFFICE DORS THAT. so now I have to pay triple the copay to go immediate care to get my eye checked. I am finding a new primary right now. I would NEVER recommend this horrible doctor office. Save yourself the a hassle and find somewhere else. You won't get seen when you're actually sick!!
