I have to jump through so many hoops to be seen for mental health. One of the ladies I talked to tryed to tell me to see another doctor who doesnt work ar Communty Health. The next lady I talked to told me I had to be accepted for mental health service. What, they lnow nothing about me! I also have to make an appointment to apply for a sliding scale before an appointment will be made. I thought Community Health cared about the community, seems like they don't want new patients. Stop placeing false advertisements that promote welcoming new patients.

They treated me well We have no insurance and the price was good. The receptionist for sweet the nurses were kind and the doctor was absolutely fabulous

One of the most unprofessional clinics I have ever been to. The dental department front desk ladies were rude, the dentist himself was very sloppy and the hygienist thought he drilled the wrong tooth. So they sat there and looked back at x-rays to make sure he had done the "right" tooth. The front desk lady who answers phone calls is sometimes rude depending on the day. The quick care has never been consistent either in their quality of help. Also I told my son's doctor NO to the flu shot when we came in for his routine vaccines, only the required state vaccines. The doctor went ahead and told the nurse to add the flu shot in. After the nurse did the shots I asked her what all she just gave my son. She explained, then I heard flu shot. I told her I said NO to flu shot. Nurse felt bad because she said the doctor told her to make sure to include flu shot. (WOW, not okay. At what point are they listening to their patient's request? Do the parents have a voice in their children's health decisions?) We have been taking our family there for two years and I just can't anymore because of too many unprofessional experiences. No one is perfect but I at least expect quality and professional service when I go to the doctor or dentist.

They can't seem to answer there phones when some one calls!!!!!

My son was seen right away. His only complaint was they wanted to run tests he was not ready to have run.
