Be careful, they use bait and switch...talk you into procedures they say are covered by your insurance then later they bill you for it. When you complain they say they only are estimating and you should have called your insurance. They know when your in the dental chair you can't verify anything, your trusting what they tell you. The dentist is also rushed to get you done as quickly as possible so he can get as many people pushed thru as possible.

Monday morning I showed up at the walk in dental clinic at 8am, the posted hours are 7am to 7pm however both the dental and medical walk in clinics were closed. I called the # posted online and after waiting on hold for nearly 10 minutes a lady answered and let me know they would not be opening until 10AM. I replied "seriously?" When the lady says "yes I'm serious there's snow" and then immediately hung up on me. Perhaps seriously wasn't my best response, however I was not trying to be rude. I am 38weeks pregnant and hadn't barely slept in 2 nights because I had such an awful toothache. I had literally been counting down the hours until I was able to head into the clinic to have the tooth looked at. I was super disappointed but not completely oblivious to the weather conditions. It's been a few days and I'm still pretty upset with the way I was treated over the phone. Fortunately I was able to find another clinic that had opened and was able to see me promptly despite the weather conditions. Because of the way I was treated when I was already feeling pretty down I will not be visiting community health center for any reason, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

staff was pleasant and I was only waiting for about 15min before I was seen. Doctor was  helpful and showed genuine concern for my well being and helped me with options to make my life a little easier while we wait on test results, however on that note I am STILL waiting on test results which is slightly frustrating.
