I had to bring both of my boys in on Columbus Day because they were sick. No one told me there is an extra charge for the holidays (something they recently started). I got a hefty bill in the mail, the "holiday charge" was more than the visit itself. I had to call and fight with this place for a week straight. Promised my phone calls would be returned and they never were. 2 of the providers denied waiving the fees, the 2 providers my boys see the most. The owner had to be contacted to get my fees waived I was NEVER told about. We switched doctors after this. The new doctors office had to fax a paper over twice to get my boys records and I had to call twice before they sent the records over. I honestly could keep going and going about how terrible this place is but I will stop here, find a provider that truly cares about your child well being and not just in it for the money, that's all the place wants is the money.

I went to this office because I wanted a private office. I felt that the standard of care would be higher. All of my children's well baby checks have always been 100% covered because of our awesome insurance coverage. At my first well baby check I asked the Dr about vaccines. Our conversation was less than 10 minutes. To my surprise I had a bill for around 120$ that was not covered by my insurance! I called the office to speak with them and they said it's because the Dr spent extra time more than 15-20 min talking with me. This is ludicrous! I though part of a well baby visit was to be able to talk and ask any questions? Well not there I guess. I called, talked with management, wrote a letter to try and get this charge removed or reduced or anything. They just said they couldn't do that. Well that's bull because I've worked with insurance and billing for over 12 years and yes there are many things they could have done. So please don't go there if you'd like to have a convo with the Dr about your child because apparently they will charge you and lie about the length of time. minutes.

We love Community Pediatrics!! The doctors and nurses are caring and have been great to work with. We have dealt with many things including middle of the night phone calls with very sick kids, and they have been outstanding!!
