I wish there was a minus rating because they deserve it. My doctor left this practice and moved away (due to Obama care?) and I was told that I had to establish a new doctor patient relationship. I made an appointment for that specifically saying that I needed to "establish a new doctor patient relationship" that appointment was made and I arraigned time off from work to go to it. I get there pay my co-pay and am shown into an exam room. a nurse came in and did all the preliminary stuff BP pulse and questions and notated it into the computer. I told her about needing to renew some prescriptions and was informed that she could not do that as I needed to establish a "new doctor patient relationship" . I told her that was what I was there for and was told "Oh no you have to see a Doctor for that, I'll see what is available". When she came back in I was told that 2 of the Doctors were not taking new patients and the other one was taking appointments 3 months away. When told that was not what I was there for, she went and brought back another nurse who told me the same thing AND when I asked about the prescriptions renewals I was told that my appointment in 3 months was "when I was going to get the renewals" as "the Doctor is the only one who can do that". This is why I went to the Doctor and what I told them I needed when making the appointment. I was told that it was my "problem not theirs" and I left so as not to raise my blood pressure any more. They charged my insurance company for a yearly physical and me, the copay. Now they won't even give me my medical records until they are "cleaned up" (edited and censored). I have to drive in 34 miles to get a blank form to fill out "we won't email the form because our 'network' is not secure" ( its a BLANK FORM and then I wait 2+ weeks for them to get around to it. If your leg is hanging by a thread or the leprosy has come back as a LAST resort use them, OTHERWISE go anywhere else. Doctor Mumbuto of the pygmy tribe of New Caledonia would be able to see you sooner and I would have more confidence in him!!! STAY AWAY

Effective August 2008, William J. Graber, M.D. has moved his office to Community Physicians Center II, #105. Dr. Graber has joined the practice of Five Valleys urology, PLLP as a partner. Drs. Graber, Westenfelder, Simmons, and Kronner provide pediatric & adult urology and urological surgery services from the south campus office.
